Chairman of the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo Victory Loan Committee Mrs. John D., Larkin, Jr. (born Edna Crate) reminded club members via special notice of their obligation to contribute via subscription to help pay for the costs of World War I. The 5th Victory Loan Campaign was held in 1919.
