Title
Basketweaving, Morocco
Description
Basketweaving looks simple, but it is actually an intricate art. Strands of straw are collected, dyed, and twisted together into sides of a basket. Then, other strands are crossed perpendicular, to preserve the integrity. It can take anywhere from a few hours to a few days to make a basket from scratch.
