Title A name given to the resource Pamela Gearhart Collection of Photographs Description An account of the resource <p>The collection contains 30 photographs from the personal collection of violinist and conductor, Pamela Gearhart. She was a member of the music faculty at the University at Buffalo 1957-1975, teaching violin, chamber music performance, and conducting the university's orchestra. While in Buffalo she also conducted the Community Music School of Buffalo's orchestra, building it from an ensemble of ten people to one hundred. After she left the University at Buffalo she served on the music faculty at Ithaca College until 1993.
