A narrow trench with wooden formwork laid out in a stepped rectangular pattern, reinforced with vertical and horizontal steel rebar rods. The soil is damp, and straw and construction debris are scattered on the surface around the trench. The setup appears to be for pouring concrete footings as part of a building foundation.
