Description
Two Love Canal demonstrators are walking on a dimly lit street near the Niagara Falls Convention Center during New York State Governor Hugh L. Carey's speech to New York State teachers on April 27, 1979. The person in front is pushing a dark plaid baby carriage and holding a sign that reads, “Too Dangerous for my Baby, Too Dangerous for Everyone, Relocate Everyone Now.” The individual is wearing glasses and a dark coat with white trim.
