Description
A wet, empty residential street is shown on a rainy day. A chain-link fence runs along the right side, enclosing several 99th Street, ring 1 single-story abandoned Love Canal residences with lawns and small trees. Overhead, utility poles and wires line the street, and a truck is visible in the distance. Bare tree branches overhang from both sides, and wet pavement reflects the surroundings.
