Description
A grassy playground contains red and blue metal swing frames and a vertical metal climbing structure. No swings are attached. In the background, a row of single-family houses, painted in pastel colors such as yellow and light blue, have their windows and doors boarded up. Utility poles and overhead wires run across the scene, and an orange plastic mesh fence separates the playground from the homes. The area appears abandoned or unused.
