Description
A street is blocked by a chain-link fence with two yellow diamond-shaped warning signs and a red stop sign attached. A small white barrier is also placed in front of the fence. Behind the fence are wooden residential buildings with boarded-up windows, and trees are visible in the background. The sidewalk and grassy areas on either side of the road appear maintained, though the overall scene is subdued and overcast.
