Griffon Manor was a housing project in the Love Canal Area.

A group of residential buildings, mostly single-story with one two-story structure in the background, is set behind a row of deciduous trees in various stages of autumn foliage. The foreground consists of an open grassy area, and globe-style lamp posts are spaced near the walkways leading to the buildings. The sky is partly cloudy, casting a soft light across the scene.
