Description
The 99th Street Elementary School, a two-story brick building with large windows in the Love Canal neighborhood, Niagara Falls, New York is shown surrounded by a wire fence. A large sign on the fence reads "DANGER KEEP OUT" in bold letters. The area in front of the building consists of dry grass and sandy soil.
