(Its name was later changed to the Center For Health, Environment and Justice). The table is set with wine glasses, coffee cups, and plates, indicating a meal has recently been served. Brown was a former Love Canal resident and activist who collected the library and records of the Ecumenical Task Force of the Niagara Frontier, Inc. which was founded in 1979 with the mission of providing direct aid to Love Canal residents, providing an advocacy voice for the religious community on behalf of the residents, informing religious communities of the issues and working toward long-range solutions to the chemical waste problems locally and throughout the country.
