Description
Three individuals standing on a residential street in cold weather. Two of them are wearing winter jackets, hats, and face masks. One holds a handmade sign with red lettering that says, "Get Your Quota of Dioxin Here." The third person, standing slightly apart, is dressed in a tan jacket and orange hat. In the background, a parked car with a government emblem is visible, as well as a row of houses and bare trees along the road. The atmosphere appears chilly and overcast.
