Description
Dr. David Axelrod was New York State Health Commissioner from 1979-1991 and Hugh Carey was New York State Governor from 1975-1982. Two human-like cloth dolls seated next to each other on chairs. Both dolls wear plaid pants, light-colored shirts, and ties—one red and one patterned. Their faces are hand-drawn with exaggerated features, including glasses on one doll. The room has a window with blinds, a radiator below it, and a bulletin board with papers in the background. The dolls are positioned leaning towards each other.
