Sterling silver hollow-stem spoon. Hallmarked Birmingham 1826
"L & Co" engraved inside spoon; several symbols including anchor stamped inside spoon.
A metal medical instrument with a curved, scoop-shaped end and a straight cylindrical handle is shown against a light background. The scoop portion is smooth and slightly upturned at the tip, forming a shallow channel. The handle extends from the scoop and includes a round guard-like disc near the middle and a capped end. The metal surface is polished and reflective.
