Metal handle, screw and expanding metal tube.
A metal medical instrument with a cylindrical body and hinged handles is shown against a light background. The device has a round opening at one end connected to two curved handles with textured grips and a small adjustment screw. The elongated cylindrical section extends from the opening and has a smooth metal surface with visible wear. The hinged mechanism suggests the handles control the opening of the circular end.
