                    A black-and-white aerial photograph taken by Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc., N.Y.C., showing a dense urban area with a prominent rail yard and industrial complex on the left side. Multiple parallel rail lines and sidings converge near a circular rail turntable and large rectangular factory buildings. To the right, residential streets form a grid pattern lined with closely spaced houses. Several larger institutional or commercial buildings are interspersed among the homes, and an open circular field or park is visible toward the lower right. Rail lines continue along the top and right edges of the image. The number “8226-118” is written in white in the upper right corner, and printed text in the lower right reads “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
