A black-and-white aerial photograph taken by Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc., N.Y.C., showing a densely developed urban residential area arranged in a grid pattern. Rows of houses line the streets, with several larger institutional or commercial buildings interspersed throughout. A large roundabout appears near the lower center, connecting several major roads. Toward the lower right, a canal or river bordered by open land curves through the scene, with bridges crossing it. Sparse open fields appear at the far left edge, contrasting with the tightly packed housing blocks on the right. The number “8226-12” is written in white in the upper right corner, and printed text in the lower right reads “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
