Several intersecting roads and a rail line run diagonally through the lower and right portions of the image. A winding river lined with trees flows through the center, curving around open land and small clusters of buildings. Scattered wooded areas are visible among the fields. The handwritten number “8226-366” appears at the top right, and printed text at the bottom right reads: “FAIRCHILD AERIAL SURVEYS INC. N.Y.C.”
