Title
Exterior, Bell tower of Cordoba mosque-cathedral
Description
The bell tower incorporates the minaret of the former mosque, which is built on top of the ruins of a Visigoth Catholic church. The Mezquita is a beautiful palimpsest, recording in its walls over 1000 years of Spanish history.
