The aerial photograph shows a dense urban residential grid with rows of houses and intersecting streets, interspersed with a few diagonal avenues. At the bottom center, a large circular landscaped park with radiating paths and a water feature is clearly visible, surrounded by formal gardens and open green space. Several large institutional or civic buildings stand within and around the park. At the top center, two large rectangular reservoirs or basins are visible. Scattered larger structures, possibly schools or industrial facilities, are located among the residential blocks. The bottom right corner bears the label "Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc N.Y.C.," and the top right is marked with the code "8226-138"
