Najmłodsi wrocławianie bukietami kwiatów i laleczkami obdarowali przybyłych na uroczystości najwyższych dostojników państwowych. Na trybunie honorowej miejsca zajęli m. in. (od prawej) prof. Stanisław Kulczyński - wiceprzewodniczący Rady Państwa i Przewodniczący Stronnictwa Demokratycznego, Czesław Wycech - Marszałek Sejmu i Prezes Stronnictwa Ludowego, Władysław Gomułka I sekretarz Polskiej Zjednoczonej Partii Robotniczej.

The youngest Wrocław citizens in attendance at the ceremony gave gifts of bouquets of flowers and dolls to the highest dignitaries of state. On the grandstand took place, among others. (right) prof. Stanislaw Kulczyński - Vice-President of the Council of State and Chairman of the Democratic Party, Czeslaw Wycech - Speaker of Parliament and Chairman of the People's Party, Wladyslaw Gomulka and Secretary of the Polish United Workers' Party.
