W zbudowanym po wojnie przemyśle, jedną z najważniejszych gałęzi jest chemia. W Mazowieckich Zakładach Petrochemicznych w Płocku, powstał, nowoczesny zakład przeróbki ropy naftowej - dostarczanej rurociągiem "Przyjażń" ze Związku Radzieckiego. Na zdj.: zbiorniki z płynnym gazem.

Built after the war industry, one of the most important branches of chemistry is in Mazovia in Plock Petrochemical Plant, established, modern oil processing plant - supplied by the pipeline "Friendship" from the Soviet Union. In the photo: tanks of liquid gas.
