The image shows an aerial survey photograph of a harbor and adjacent city. The upper half is dominated by water, with multiple breakwaters and piers extending outward. Ships and industrial facilities are clustered along the shoreline, including docks and warehouses. The lower half reveals densely packed residential neighborhoods arranged in a grid of streets, intersected by a few diagonal roads. A circular intersection with radiating streets is visible near the bottom. Some cloud cover partially obscures portions of the waterfront and city blocks. The number “8226-104” is written in the top right corner, and the bottom right corner is labeled “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc N.Y.C.”.
