Description
Photographs, Black and White ; 24 x 18 cm.
The image shows an aerial survey photograph of an urban area. The right and lower sections are filled with tightly packed residential streets arranged in a grid. Diagonal rail lines cross the scene, intersecting near the center and running toward the top. On the left side, several large open areas appear to be excavation or quarry sites with irregular terrain, visible paths, and machinery or structures along their edges. Industrial buildings and additional open lots are visible nearby. The number “8226-200” is written in the top right corner, and the bottom right is labeled “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc N.Y.C.”.
