This black-and-white aerial photograph shows a transitional landscape of town and countryside. The right side of the image contains a dense street grid with houses and buildings, while the left side is dominated by farmland divided into rectangular plots. A river winds through the center, with wooded banks in places. Several diagonal roads cross the farmland, linking to the urban area. Cleared lots and partially developed blocks are visible at the edges of the town grid. The label “Fairchild Aerial Surveys Inc. N.Y.C.” is printed in the lower right corner, and the upper right is marked with the number “8226-249.”
