Description
Mail art piece, created by Amelia Etlinger, consisting of pale paper opened flat, showing other layered translucent papers on top and a soft blue fabric bow with delicate folds, accented by small dried botanical fragments, arranged symmetrically against a black background. This is contained within an off-white envelope decorated with pale blue paper triangles affixed, a typewritten address, and a canceled U.S. postage stamp. The back of the envelope shows the typewritten return address and yellow residue markings from tape. Mail art recipient: Karl C. Gay.
