Following a brief introduction by University at Buffalo professor and poet John (Jack) Clarke, American poet, singer, social activist, environmentalist, author and publisher Ed Sanders performs. Recording stops abruptly in the middle of Poem from Jail I, and then resumes. Sanders reads from The toe queen poems and Thirsting for peace in a raging century.
