This recording is of the final of three lectures and one poetry reading given by Michael McClure as part of the Charles Olson Memorial Lectures at the University at Buffalo. This lecture was titled "Into the theater." It continues McClure's focus on the biological basis of poetry, poetry and science, the architecture of the poem and the organism it describes and the importance of the work of Charles Olson.
