Title
[Poetry reading at the University at Buffalo, July 29, 1966] / Basil Bunting.
Description
Recorded at the University at Buffalo, July 29, 1966 on a 7 inch Ampex reel-to-reel tape.
In this performance, Basil Bunting reads all six sections of the long poem "Briggflatts," with the accompaniment of music played between the sections of the poem. The climactic exception to this pattern was during section IV, when Bunting read while the music played. Bunting made no comments during the reading except to thank the audience when he was finished.
