A two-story wooden building is under construction. The structure has scaffolding made of wooden planks and beams supporting the exterior walls. The ground floor is open, with visible brick columns and large openings, while the upper floor has horizontal siding and several window openings. Piles of lumber and building materials lie in the dirt foreground, and some large stones and masonry work are near the base of the building. The surrounding area is unpaved and shows tire tracks and loose soil.
