The exterior of a grand neoclassical building is shown at night with illuminated arched entrances and a stone balcony. Above the balcony, tall columns and a decorated triangular pediment dominate the upper levels of the facade. Street lamps provide bright light against the dark sky, and thin wires crisscross the foreground.
