Miss Proctor, I was called to see this
child not knowing that you were treating
it and on sending for you, found you away
from home. However, I find in my
opinion) simply indigestion from over-
feeding and its sequels and prescribed
only sach. pepsin with meals and cut the
quantity of milk down to [?] not oftener
than 2 hours. I think when this
indigestion is corrected the diarrhea
will stop of itself if not I would use
the vegetable astringents with chalk
mixture + If I can be of any
service to you hereafter in this or any
other case, let me know
