I hereby certify that Frances D. Proctor M.D. is a 1st class nurse. She has nursed a great many patients of mine is pleasa- nt in the sick room kind and attentive to her patients and will carry out to the letter instructions given by the attending physician. I heartly commend her to all needing a nurse. She is also a graduate of Buffalo Med College and well qualified to practice medicine.
