Title
Tiffin wallah cart
            Description
A highly efficient pick-up and delivery food industry has developed in Mumbai and some other Indian cities. Freshly-prepared lunches ("tiffin") are brought by train or truck to central distribution points, where carriers on bicycle ("tiffin wallahs") distribute them to individuals. The process is reversed during the afternoon.
