Description
Local artist who painted a full-length portrait of Miss Charlotte Mulligan as well as The Spirit of Niagara, official emblem of the 1901 Pan Am Exposition. The artist donated the portrait of founder Miss Charlotte Mulligan to the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo in 1899 and it still hangs in a place of honor in the clubhouse main staircase.
