Prominent local banker Mr. G. Barrett Rich, Jr. spoke before the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo on Buffalo's City Plan and the location of city buildings as proposed by the City Planning Committee of the Buffalo City Council. Mr. G. Barrett Rich, Jr. was president of the Bank of Attica, its successor the Buffalo Commercial Bank and a trustee of the Erie County Savings Bank.
