Kellogg, M.S., LL.D., Sc.D., American entomologist, evolutionary biologist, science administrator and one of the foremost scientists in America, addressed the Twentieth Century Club of Buffalo on the topic of Biology and Human Welfare. Dr, Kellogg was also Chairman of the Division of Educational Relations of the National Research Council and one of President Herbert Hoover's professors.
