Title
Sanssouci Palace colonnade
Description
Sanssouci - literally, "without cares" - served as the summer palace of Prussia's kings. Built in the mid-1740s by Frederick the Great, it is much smaller than Versailles, which inspired Sanssouci. Sanssouci has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1990.
