Description
Interior view of the La Hune exhibit featuring a tall central wall filled with framed portraits arranged in a grid. The paintings include formal portraits of individuals in historical dress, with the largest central portrait showing an older person seated. Below the portraits is a wooden display cabinet containing objects. The lower row displays a chronological series of photographs of Joyce, labeled with the years 1888, 1902, 1914, 1923, and 1928, documenting his life stages. Between the portrait rows is a display case filled with books, photographs, manuscripts, and documents, all protected by glass and arranged to highlight milestones in Joyce’s literary career.
The original photograph is mounted and framed.
