This is an ad for the Dold Quality exhibit at the Exposition. The following is on the ad: "Dold-Quality at the Pan-American Exposition. A Demonstration of the Art of Curing Meats. One of the Exhibits to See. The Jacob Dold Packing Co. Buffalo, N.Y., U.S.A. Send postal for free souvenir package." There are two drawings of packed meat on it. One is labeled "Niagara Dold Hams" and the other is "Niagara Dold Bacon". There is also a photograph of the exhibit at the Exposition.
