The image shows the front and back covers of a multipage booklet. It was published by the N. K. Fairbank Company, Chicago, Ill., [1900?]. The N. K. Fairbank Company was also a large distributor of meat products and produced numerous pamphlets and broadsheets for distribution at fairs and expositions. It was Printed by the American Lithograph Company, New York.
