The scene shows a busy open-air market in a town setting, with numerous horse-drawn wagons lined along a cobblestone street. Stalls and carts are arranged in the square, with people gathered around them. In the foreground, several horse-drawn wagons travel along the road. Behind the market, rows of houses and shops can be seen, including a sign advertising "White Soap" and "Snow Boy." To the right, a large building with steep rooflines and a smaller wooden structure are visible.
