View of a modernist building constructed of concrete blocks with vertical brick pilasters and narrow window slits. A wide concrete staircase with three short flights leads up to a recessed glass entrance. The steps are flanked by low concrete walls, and the surrounding area includes a concrete ramp and narrow strip of grass. The roof features projecting concrete overhangs. The sky is mostly clear.
