A rectangular two-story structure with a flat roof, beige-toned exterior, and large square windows on both floors. A central vertical section houses the entrance, marked by a recessed glass door. Several vintage vehicles, including sedans and a van, are parked in the paved lot in front of the building. A satellite dish is mounted on the roof, and an American flag is visible above the central section. Trees line the background under a mostly cloudy sky.
