Description
A mid-century concrete structure with tall, narrow vertical windows and a flat roof, viewed from an elevated angle. An American flag and satellite dish are visible on the roof. The building has a recessed entry section and appears to serve an institutional or commercial purpose. The foreground shows a parking lot with cars and trucks from the 1970s or early 1980s, including a Ford pickup and an orange Volkswagen Beetle. Flower planters line the walkway, and trees are visible in the background under an overcast sky.
