Tribune Review Press building (Greensburg, P.A.)

A snow-covered construction site showing a rectangular structure made of concrete masonry units in the early stages of construction. The block walls form an enclosed space, some of which is covered with tarps likely for insulation or weather protection. Several vertical steel reinforcement bars extend upward from the block walls and surrounding columns. In the background, additional columns and wall segments are under construction along a hillside. Loose blocks and construction debris are scattered throughout the site.
