Description
A stylized drawing depicts a central figure seen from behind, dressed in an elaborate gown with long flowing fabric and decorative patterns in red, gold, and pale tones. The figure has long braided hair and is facing a group of five bowed figures, each holding a single long-stemmed flower near their face. The background is dark and softly textured. The piece is signed "Frances E. Macdonald 1897" at the bottom right.
