Description
The residents across the street (in what came to be known as the "outer rings") from the fenced off area wanted to know if they were safe and what would happen to their property values and health. They began a very visual protest by placing signs in the front yard with the main one that read: "ATTENTION: Looking for a Sure to Work Birth Control Device? Cost Free! Spontaneous Abortions 93rd to 103rd and ??!"
