Description
Two large signs leaning against a snow fence near a sidewalk at the 99th Street School in the Love Canal neighborhood, Niagara Falls, New York. The larger sign reads: 'State of New York Interdepartmental Task Force Relocation Advisory Program'. Another smaller, partially visible sign is propped next to it. A grassy field and fence posts are in the background. The snow fence was installed in April 1978 at the direction of the New York State Department of Health to keep people off the contaminated Love Canal area.
