A group of demonstrators from activist Adeline Levine's State University of New York at Buffalo research group march along a sidewalk in a residential area toward the Niagara Falls, New York City Hall , holding Love Canal Chemical Waste Landfill protest signs. The male protester at the front of the line, wearing glasses and a raincoat, carries a sign that reads “WE LOOK TO OUR CITY FATHERS FOR HELP.” Several other signs with different messages are held by people further back in the line including one in the foreground right with the message: "City of Niagara Falls does not help their own people".
